If you’re in the neighborhood, craving some awesome food, music and drinks stop in and give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Divided Heaven straight outta Los Angeles, California is a pop rock/indie/punk band lead by frontman Jeff Berman formerly of East Coast punk and hardcore bands including The Statics, The Boils, Rites and more, The band released their third full-length album, Cold War, on July 20. One of the songs from the album is an emotional track called “Dance With Old Habits." These lyrics are deeply personal to Berman, as the song portrays heartbreak, passion and intense emotions.

Berman is a lyrical genius -- writing songs that come from the heart re the best and most honest as heartfelt lyrics are the best way to capture your audience. The audience has the ability to relate directly to the songs as they’ve been there done that, and now Berman is touching their souls with a heartfelt song, as if that song was written for them.

"1983" is the hot new single off of Cold War, it’s an indie-pop-rock track that definitely rocks a more vulnerable side of Divided Heaven. Berman is pleading out “say you will / say you will remember me” that part of the chorus sticks in your head like a bad hangover. Berman once again pours his soul out for all to hear and this song doesn’t disappoint….

Opening and closing for Divided Heaven were Rocket City Riot and Copstabber, both from Washington, DC.
