Former emo kids -- rejoice! Two of the heavy weight bands from our youth are going on tour together, for the first time ever!

Kicking off this past weekend, the bands are teaming up across twenty-eight cities of the US including Miami, Brooklyn, and concluding in Phoenix in mid-August. The Story So Far are joining as support on all scheduled dates.
“It’s funny, we’ve been friends all of this time but we’ve never done a full tour together,” comments Taking Back Sunday drummer Mark O’Connell. “We ran into each other at some festivals last year and got to talking about it and here we are,” he continues.
Coheed and Cambria’s most recent album The Color Before the Sun was released in 2015, and was their first non-concept album in their fifteen year career. Taking Back Sunday’s last studio full-length Tidal Wave was issued in 2016. We are definitely hoping to hear some new music from either band in anticipation of any new releases, but with the discographies being ingrained in their fan's brains, we can guarantee these shows are ramping up to be massive sing-alongs of older favorites.
